Hi! I will be needing a female roommate for a 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment in May 2012. I am a Christian, female graduate student studying structural engineering at TAMU, and I also have two sweet, obedient cats. I enjoy running, listening to music, playing music, reading, being outside, mountain biking, cooking, and watching TV/movies occasionally. I am clean, tidy, quiet, and studious, and I am looking for someone with the same traits. I wash my dishes every day, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean regularly.
The apartment is in a four-plex that is located right off University on Spring Loop. It’s a quiet area with a lot of families and grad students, and you will have a space to park your car (if you have one). It has plenty of cabinets and counter space in the kitchen, a fireplace, and large closets. You will have your own toilet and sink, but we will share a shower.
