My name is Lauren, and I am looking for a girl to take over my lease from August 2012 to May 2013.
I live in Sundance apartments off Harvey Road in a 3 Bedroom, 2 bath apartment with two great roommates. The rent is $336 a month for a 10 month lease, and this includes internet, cable, waste & water. Electricity ranges from 30-60 dollars a month for each of us. It’s about 5 minutes from campus, and we are on Route 22 which runs every 5 minutes. It’s a really nice apartment that overlooks a park & has recently been refurbished with new paint and carpet.
